The Vatican Television Centre and the Economics of European and Cuban Talents, will be the protagonists of the fourth day of the International Audiovisual Market on going – in Rome, which gained a substantial success. At Rai Com Luce at Terme di Diocleziano at 12 am, there will be a meeting on the Television Vatican Centre, with Monsignor Dario Viganò, (prefect for the information within the Vatican and director of CTV), who will present their activities along with their production and distribution patterns. Tomorrow there will be also some speeches made by the main exponents of the cinematographic and television industry in Cuba. They will be welcomed in the MIA Country Focus – MIA, from 10 am at Terme di Diocleziano, by Nicola Borrelli, general director for Cinema at MiBACT, by Luciano Sovena, the president of Rome-Lazio film commission, and by producer Conchita Airoldi.
At the same time in Boscolo Hotel in Piazza della Repubblica, there will be, in Sala Michelangelo, the event entitled “The European Talents Bankability”. The talk is scheduled for 10 am. The panellists will be: Giovanni Stabilini, CEO of Cattleya, Carole Baraton, producer at Wild Bunch, Sarah Doole, Director of fiction at Freemantle, Nicola Giuliano, founder of the production company Indigo Film. They will analyse the current discrepancies and the future convergences within the television and cinematographic markets. There will be room also for web stories and for comics. At 9 am, on the roof of Boscolo Hotel in the rooms dedicated to Rome-Lazio Film commission, Matteo Rovere will speak about his success as a producer and director of the webseries The Pills. At 6 pm, Roberto Gagnor, screenwriter at Disney, along with Christiana Wertz, president of BLS Film Commission, will present an Italian/German cinematographic project developed after an experiment made by BLS Writers’ Room.
