IDM Alto Adige Film Fund & Commission announced nine winning projects of the third and last call of 2017. This films will obtain a funding in their production and pre-production phase, for a total investment of 1.3 mln euros. Film Commission will fund five Italian films, two Austrians and one German.
Italian selected project are Siberia (work-in-progress title) by Abel Ferrara, produced by Vivo Film and Match Factory (500 thousand euros); Abbi Fede (work-in-progress title) by Alessandro Angelini, produced by Greif Produktion, Sigma Filmproduktion and Cannizzo Produzioni (350 thousand euros); Hogar by Maura Delpero, which has been already sustained by IDM in its pre-production phase and will now receive a 62 thousand euros funding. It’s produced by Disparte, Vivo Film and Argentinian Campo Cine. In conclusion, Gustav Hofer and Luca Ragazzi are working on their new documentary Dicktatorship, a project presented during MIA DOC Pitching Forum 2017, which will receive a 34 thousand euros funding.
