The Emilia-Romagna Region has approved the second session of the call dedicated to supporting audiovisual projects produced by companies located in the region.
Overall 31 projects were submitted, of which, only 17 have been deemed eligible by the evaluation unit and then, said Mauro Felicori, regional councilor for culture, it was decided to make a “subsequent allocation of available funds, by assigning, comprehensively, by the end of this year, economic support to 12 regional projects and one documentary presented on the national call”.
More in detail, of these 12 selected works, 9 are documentaries, 2 are short films and 2 are feature films.
Moreover, thanks to additional financial resources, the first 4 projects ex aequo from the I and II sessions as well as one project from the national call, have all been financed, amounting to 500.000 €.
Cumulatively, then, taking both sessions into account both sessions of the call, 44 are the financed works, for a total of 3 million euros spent.

Interno 18, a mistery short film, produced by Sunset Soc. Coop and directed by Matteo Lolletti
Rheingold, Lorenzo Pullega‘s first feature film, produced by Mompracem
Luci per Ustica, a documentary produced by Sonne Film S.a.s
Let’s talk about sex, produced by Sette e Mezzo Studio S.r.l., which ponders on sexuality and its relationship with disability
La morte è un problema dei vivi, international co-production with Finland, by T.c.b. srl, directed by Teemu Nikki
A luci spente, a documentary produced by Rodaggio S.n.c.
Genoeffa Cocconi i miei figli, i sette fratelli Cervi, produced by Aleo Film S.r.l. and directed by Marco Mazzieri
Saman – Una storia sbagliata, produced by Bue S.n.c., which recounts recent news events
Sguardi in camera, a docu-series prouced by Kiné Società Cooperativa
Love for Steve, a documentary produced by Strade dell’Est Produzioni S.r.l. which revolves around the story of Steve Grossman
Autentico e possibile, a documentary directed by Federika Ponnetti and produced by Zoom S.r.l. on the subject of disability
Last but not least, thanks to the additional financial resources also L’altro mondo was financed, a documentary produced by Antropica s.r.l. and directed by Parsifal Reparato, set on the Italian Alps.
