Laura Bispuri’s new feature film Figlia Mia (What’s Next Italy 2017)) will be part of the Official Competition of Berlinale 2018 (February 15-25). Film, starring Valeria Golino and Alba Rohrwacher, is a coproduction between Italy, Germany and Switzerland ((Vivo film, Colorado Film, Rai Cinema, Match Factory Productions, Bord Cadre films, with the contribution of MiBACT, Arte/ZDF, RSI, sustained by Europa Creativa – MEDIA, Eurimages, Regione Sardegna, Fondazione Sardegna Film Commission) and it will be distributed in Italy by 01 Distribution. World sales are assigned to The Match Factory.
Alongside Figlia Mia and the opening film Isle of Dogs by Wes Anderson, other six films have been announced as part of the Berlinale’s competition. Here the complete list:
