Christopher Nolan’s latest success Oppenheimer remains stable at the top of the standings with a collection of 8,938,233 euros, definitively ousting Barbie by Greta Gerwig which takes in 881,915 euros, leaving first place behind her but not abandoning the podium. Not far behind the controversial pink comedy, fixed in third place is Justin Simien’s Haunted Mansion, which grosses 874,421 euros.
Climbing the rankings almost a week after its theatrical release The Equalizer 3 reaches fourth place by collecting 851,771 euros. Third chapter of the action saga directed by Antonione Fuqua starring Denzel Washington. Immediately after, the new animated film by Nickelodeon Films and Paramount Pictures, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem directed by Jeff Rowe which grossed €742,918. The film is based on the 1984 comic series of the same name created by Peter Laird and Kevin Eastman.
In sixth place with 491,247 euros Jeanne Du Barry, film that raise the Hollywood star Johnny Depp grappling with his first role in French. Alongside the actor in the role of King Louis XV, we find Maïwenn as actress and director, or rather Jeanne, the king’s last mistress, his favourite.
Seventh place for L’ordine del tempo, a drama based on the essay of the same name by Carlo Rovelli, directed by Liliana Cavani with a choral cast of the calibre of Edoardo Leo, Alessandro Gassman, Claudia Gerini and Ksenia Rappoport, with 182,076 euros, followed by Meg 2 – The Trench with 159,024 euros. The weekly chart is closed by Una commedia pericolosa, a new film by Alessandro Pondi, starring Enrico Brignano and Gabriella Pession, and Blue Beetle with 131,969 and 110,867 earnings respectively.
