Unchanged situation in the first positions of the Italian Box Office, with the biopic Elvis directed by Baz Luhrmann confirming in first place with € 740,328 recorded this week and reaching a total of € 1,619,973.
In second position once again we find Top Gun: Maverick, which grosses € 457,032 with a total result of € 10,609,872, numbers that are anything but trivial considered a month after its release and which allows the film starring Tom Cruise to surpass in the seasonal ranking The Batman starring Robert Pattinson.
It loses one position in the weekly chart Lightyear, with the Pixar-branded film registering € 365,353 for a total of € 2,033,115. Just off the podium we find the dinosaurs of Jurassic Park: Dominion with € 351,738 and a total of € 7,236,558; the Universal-distributed film is very close to reaching the fateful threshold of 1 million admissions (at the moment it is 995,975), a result that is easily attainable in the current week.
It confirms fifth position in the chart Black Phone, the latest horror film from U.S. production company Blumhouse, which with another € 237,063 reaches a total share € 516,010. In sixth position is the first new entry of the week: it is the re-release of Spirited Away, one of Studio Ghibli’s masterpieces directed by Hayao Miyazaki, which manages to bring to theaters thanks to Lucky Red almost 16,000 viewers for a total take of € 102,916.
Another new entry in seventh position with La mia ombra è tua, a film produced by RAI Cinema and starring Marco Giallini, which grossed € 50,795 at the box office in its first days. In eighth position we find Nostalgia, which loses two positions from last week and registers € 45,155 for a total of € 1,290,634.
Ninth position for The Deer King, the anime distributed by Koch Media that debuts in the top ten with € 34,691. Finally, in tenth position the French comedy Mystère à Saint-Tropez distributed by Medusa records a gross of € 29,244 in its first four days of programming.
