The top three positions in last week’s chart are occupied by three recent releases: Me Contro Te – Vacanze in Transilvania, the fifth installment in the saga of Sofì (Sofia Scalia) and Luì (Luigi Calagna), in first place with a gross of € 1,925,065 and Killers of the Moon, Scorsese’s latest film, with a gain of € 1,736,310, released simultaneously on Oct. 19. In third place is L’ultima volta che siamo stati bambini, Claudio Bisio’s first directorial effort released Oct. 12, which gains € 552,493 and two positions.
The Exorcist – The Believer abandons the podium and drops to fourth place with a weekly gross of € 536,829, followed by Luc Besson’s Dogman, which drops one position, gaining € 474,212. In sixth place is the 4K version of the legendary film starring Christopher Lloyd and Michael J. Fox Back to the Future, which Nexo Digital brought back to theaters Oct. 21, renaming it Ritorno al Futuro Day al cinema.
A Haunting in Venice, after more than a month on the podium, plummets from third to seventh place, with a gross of € 375,733 followed by Io Capitano which remains stable in eighth position, earning € 285,155. At the bottom of the classic is Talk To Me, the 2022 thriller released in theaters on September 28, 2023, which earns € 257,658 and Taylor Swift – The Eras Tour which from second place, plummets to tenth with a gross of € 223,512.
