The 28th Critics Choice Awards, the prizes dedicated to the best films and television series of the past year. were held last night, Monday 16 January 2023.
The Fairmont Century Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles was the setting for an evening that saw the triumph of Everything Everywhere All at Once, the revelation film that received five awards including Best Picture and Best Director. For television, the most awarded film was Better Call Saul with three awards followed by Abbott Elementary.
As usual, the awards were presented by the CCA, the Critics Choice Association, which has over 500 members.
