Emilia-Romagna’s commitment to the cultural and creative industry is growing. The region allocates 5.5 million euros through two new calls for proposals to finance training activities aimed at qualifying and increasing the skills of those working in the film and audiovisual industry (2 million euros), and in the live show business or music sector (3 million and 500 thousand euros).
The objectives of the two approved calls is to intercept the employment potential of these professional areas, with particular attention to young people and women, and to enhance partnerships with local businesses and institutions. In addition, the acquisition of technical and professional knowledge and skills, expendable in the work processes typical of the cinema and audiovisual industries, favor the processes of innovation, intelligent specialization and attractiveness of investments, thus contributing to the development and strengthening of the entire supply chain of cultural and creative industries.
As for the Cinema and Audiuovisual sector, accredited training institutions must submit projects by October 10, 2023.
