FRI_START Evolution, the €500,000 project to support audiovisual companies in the Italian-French cross-border area towards new business opportunities.
The project funded by the Interreg Italy-France Maritime program – proposed and led by Filse, with the involvement of Genova Liguria Film Commission for Regione Liguria and with the participation as partners of the cross-border incubators of Pont-tech for Tuscany, INIZIA‘ for Corsica and TVT Innovation for Région SUD PACA – has kicked off in Genoa in hybrid mode.
As reported in the press release of the Liguria Region, the Councillor for Economic Development of the Liguria Region Andrea Benveduti said “Promoting the growth of local companies and the arrival in Liguria of national and international productions, with a rewarding factor for those who use local workers, is an action that has proved effective as a lever for the development of our economic fabric. The action of the Department in recent years has been to contribute to the birth and growth of the audiovisual sector with almost 5 million euros of dedicated EU contributions, enhancing a fabric made up of micro and small businesses very capable, who have been able to offer an excellent service to film companies that have come to shoot their productions in our territory.”
