Directorate General for Cinema and Audiovisual announced the call for grants for the diffusion of cinema culture.
The call, with a budget of € 1,000,000.00, is targeted at film culture clubs, national associations and community cinemas.
The resources of the call are distributed as follows:
- 10%, amounting to €100,000.00 to film culture clubs;
- 80%, amounting to €800,000.00 to national film culture associations, of which:
- €160,000.00 (20%) is allocated to initiatives carried out jointly by two or more associations
- €240,000.00 (30%) is allocated to each association in relation to the number of clubs that are members of it and active on the date the application is submitted and to their distribution throughout the national territory
- €400,000.00 (50%) is allocated on the basis of the activities planned by each association
- 10%, amounting to € 100,000.00 to community halls.
The initiatives for which the contribution is requested must be realized in the period between 1 January 2022 and 31 December 2022.
Applications may be submitted via the DGCOL platform no later than 13 May 2022.
