Almost a month after its release, Avatar: The Way of Water confirms its first position at the Italian box office in 2023. The James Cameron’s colossal, which earned € 8,240,007 this week, has grossed a total of € 37,430,738.
In second place we find Tre di troppo, the new comedy by Fabio De Luigi, with € 2,376,302 for € 3,099,415 in total revenue. Bronze medal instead for Il grande giorno, which in its third week in theatres earned € 1,604,974 which brings the total to € 6,478,869.
Fourth place went to The Eight Mountains, which recorded weekly takings of €1,469,901, bringing its total to €3,727,262. It is followed by M3gan which, in its first week, earned € 1,054,886. In sixth position we find I migliori giorni which, with € 1,012,729, brings the total to € 1,255,953.
Seventh position for Puss in Boots – The Last Wish which, more than a month after its first screening, with €887,028 brings its total to €5,025,828. The Fabelmans follows with €656,079 for a revenue of €2,149,833 . Ninth position for Inspector Sun and the Curse of the Black Widow, which not even two weeks after its release in Italian cinemas earned € 359,341 for a total of € 458,171. The ranking was closed by Charlotte M. – Il film: Flamingo Party, which with € 177,485 brought the total to € 223,006.
