Women in Film, TV & Media Italia host Kirsten Schaffer, Executive Director of WIF, Los Angeles (WIF) and Director Paul Feig as they present the tools and instruments of ReFRAME; an industry wide program aimed at inclusion and narrowing the gender gap. Stemming from four years of research ReFrame is a joint partnership between Sundance Institute and WIF, and is founded on the idea that real change can occur by including men, women and voices of diversity in the creative narrative. A panel will follow with key representatives of Italian audiovisual industry and Women in Film, TV & Media Italia to discuss how ReFrame’s mission, structure, and programs can be applied to film, tv, and media in Italy.
