RE-ACT Co-Development Funding (Regional Audiovisual Cooperation and Training), the audiovisual project co-development program to encourage new international co-productions, opens the call for producers from Croatia, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Serbia and Slovenia.
The program for the year 2023 will support a maximum of 8 feature-length fiction, documentary, animation and experimental projects, as well as short animated films in early or advanced stages of development.
There is a minimum financial support of 10,000 euros per project. Eligibility criteria include a requirement that at least one member of the team (the director or one of the producers involved in the project) must be working for the first or second time on a feature or short animation film.
Among the goals of the initiative is to encourage the creation of meaningful stories that thematically connect the territories of the member funds.
Beneficiaries will be announced in January 2024 during the When East Meets West co-production forum in Trieste, Italy.
The deadline to submit your project is Wednesday, November 15, 2023.
