Paolo Del Brocco, a manager, journalist, and adjunct professor at various universities, currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Rai Cinema. He is a member of the Management Committee of the “Museo Nazionale del Cinema di Torino,” a member of the European Film Academy (EFA), and a member of the Board of Directors of U.S. Lecce.
He has been part of several international film festival juries in recent years.
Since 2017, he has been included in the Variety500 list, an index of the 500 most influential business leaders in the media industry.
Under his guidance over the last 13 years, Rai Cinema has co-produced more than 750 Italian films and 500 documentaries, becoming the most prominent Italian production company and receiving numerous awards such as the David di Donatello, including categories like best film, best director, and best producer, as well as prestigious recognitions at major film festivals.
Under Rai Cinema’s direction, 01 Distribution has successfully brought both Italian and international titles to cinemas, earning a significant position in the Italian film distribution landscape.
