The 29th edition of the Sunny Side of the Doc will take place in La Rochelle, on the French Atlantic coast, from 25-28 June 2018. Over 2,000 industry professionals are expected to attend this event on documentaries.
“Culture in Motion” will be this year’s theme in the Sunny Side of the Doc, a true gathering for the documentary audiovisual industry which will revolve around the themes of arts, culture, and heritage. Moreover, in this edition, a focus will be made on the so-called PiXii (Paths of Interaction, eXperiences in Immersion & Innovation), i.e. contents that provide the viewer with a complete experience, and let us not forget augmented reality, 360° videos and 3D audio. Another key issue to discuss will also be the audiovisual sector in Europe with the Documentary Group and the Science & Knowledge Group from Eurovision (EBU). Sunny Side of the Doc will be held from 25-28 June 2018 in the beautiful city of La Rochelle, on the French Atlantic coast.
