Warner Bros. Discovery has signed new agreements with Roku and Tubi to create new channels on FAST platforms.
The giants of zero-cost, advertising-supported streaming entertainment will activate new channels on their platforms dedicated to the most popular Warner Bros. Discovery’s contents. For the time being, the new channels will only be available for the US market.
Numerous and varied are the titles that will arrive on the new platforms: they range from TV series to documentaries, from reality shows to family programmes. These include Westworld, Raised by Wolves and Cake Boss.
The themed channels on Tubi went live yesterday, 1 February, while for Roku, users will have to wait until spring.
Tubi, owned by Fox since 2020, was founded in 2014 and has over 51 million users to date. Roku, on the other hand, was founded in 2002 and can count on a user base of over 65 million people.
