On Friday 18, two internationally significant case studies will be the main subject of the panel at the Multiplex 4 Fontane.
The meeting, born in the context of Mia Market itself, will link up Luca Milano, Director of Rai Ragazzi, with some of the top players in Italian Animation. These are two not-to-miss moments for those looking to be in-the-know on upcoming animation market trends, an area in which Italy intends to lead.
The meeting includes Iginio Straffi, the “father” of the popular Winx and Delegate Administrator of the Rainbow Group — one of the leading firms in global animation — who will announce upcoming projects and co-productions.
Francesco and Sergio Manfio’s Gruppo Alcuni will also be in attendance, following the great success achieved by the Leo Da Vinci film, presented at the Mipcom at Cannes.
Italian animation is entering an age of international co-productions and developing editorial collaborations, where the analysis of the creative work between broadcasters and international producers aims to expand the heart of the genre beyond traditional borders.
